Holiday Home- Christmas Mantel! (or is it Mantle?)

It's finally here! Christmas time!!!! YIPPEE!!!

Did you get out and score some deals on Black Friday? (I always type 'Blake' instead of black the first time...it's Hubby's name. haha) I got a few things...most of what I was after sold out before I could get to it. I did did one toy I'd been eyeing for Miss Addie for a steal.

Anywho...On to the linky party.

Today Layla is hosting Christmas Mantels! This year I did my mantel a little differently than in previous years. I normally just tossed some garland up there and stuck some red and silver ornaments in it and called it 'done'. Since we have a crawler on our hands, I've had to readjust my regular decor. I'm actually glad about that because it has made me look at it all with fresh eyes!

I used what in years past went on my vintage-y tree in our front living room on the mantel. (That tree has become a Santa tree- still vintage though!)

Sorry I can't get a straight on picture of it...the lens that Hubs had on the camera wouldn't let me zoom out far enough. (I'm afraid to change the lenses.)

All that is missing is Addie's stocking! (Her Mimi is making it and it's not quite done yet!)
